We helped a California-based production company to move their accounts in order.
The company needed semi-annual investments from outside funds and our starting point was to prepare a financial plan for the next 3 to 6 months and prepare a presentation to the funds.

Later, after approving the plan and receiving the investments we moved to clear and understandable budgeting and reporting to give the investors information about spendings and revenue flows of the company.

In the later stages we replace the bookkeeping structures, decreasing the expenses for a 3 times and building new accounting and reporting.

We've received 3 rounds of investments and helped the company in this turbulent situation, and then prepared financial statements for M&A.

We worked in Florida with B2B lead generators for a year. Before we started there, all books were kept by the company owner, and it was a real burden for him.

We took care of invoices, bills, accounting reports, salary calculation and payment and prepared statements for CPA at the end of the year.

We help New Jersey based IT companies as accountants and bookkeepers. Previously they use on-site bookkeepers, but they have a number of problems with low quality results and lack of goal-orienting.

We started from day-to-day record-keeping, then improved invoicing process, bill payments and salary calculation with a multi-country team and customers.

This agricultural holding in Ukraine-Cyprus-Poland includes 9 companies.

We were responsible for successfully bringing this company to the stock market and conducting an IPO at Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) as project manager from the client's side.
